Institute of Recruiters Signs Partnership Deal with ITOL

 

The Institute of Recruiters (IOR) has a signed an exclusive deal with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) to deliver world-class training qualifications to recruitment and HR practitioners. This strategic partnership will ensure that internal and external trainers will be professionally qualified.

ITOL is the British institute for trainers and learning & development (L&D) practitioners, whose clients include BT, Capita, Harrods, NHS, REED, HMRC and Airbus, together with the IOR will provide a ‘Train the Trainer’ solution for the recruitment and HR industry. The collaboration will offer a range of qualifications including several new IOR/ITOL certificates and diplomas and ensure that trainers and L&D professionals are skilled to British Standards in the delivery of training to others.

Harry Bundred, ITOL Director says, “By choosing recruitment trainers who are IOR/ITOL qualified comes with the assertion that the trainer fully understands how to deliver effective training. When a company invests in the training of staff, it is vital to ensure that this investment is safeguarded; and IOR/ITOL qualifications will now assure that.

The new qualifications will be available to take within the next quarter, delivered via in-house one to one sessions, open classes or online. All qualifications will be fully-accredited and underpinned by the British National Occupational Standards.

Under the agreement, ITOL and the IOR are to further develop this exclusive partnership by launching the qualifications internationally in territories such as the USA, Brazil, Russia, India and China.
